Being a dog owner has it many perks, but one that’s isn’t as luxurious is the expenses.

Help me help pets in a pickle

Hi all,

When I found out that there are dogs and cats in the upstate desperate for veterinary help, I knew I had to help.

I've learned that a generous donor gave $5000 as a challenge to Speak for Animals to raise another $5000. That's why I created a fundraiser to support Speak for Animals. While they focus primarily on spay/neuter, they are contacted for lifesaving vet care for dogs and cats.

The Pickle Fund will provide necessary veterinary care for pets in a pickle, whose owners can't afford it.

Pickle was a dog with cerebellar damage who was abandoned. He was named Pickle, because he was in a real pickle until a home was found. He passed away recently and this campaign in his memory will help pay for needed vet care for dogs and cats.
